Pea Ridge is a city located in Benton County, Arkansas, the United States. It lies in northwest Arkansas near the Missouri state line, about 30 miles north of Fayetteville and roughly 15 miles northeast of Bentonville. Rogers is around 15 miles southeast, while Bella Vista is about 10 miles north. Pea Ridge is positioned near 36.454° North latitude and 94.117° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 5,602 residents. The city covers about 7.70 square miles, or 19.94 square kilometers. Pea Ridge sits among the wooded hills and valleys of the Ozark Mountains, with a landscape of forests, pastureland, and rolling terrain. The city is best known for the Battle of Pea Ridge, fought nearby in March 1862 during the American Civil War.
