It lies in northeastern Louisiana near the Mississippi River, about 45 miles east of Monroe and roughly 70 miles west of Vicksburg, Mississippi. Rayville is about 25 miles west, while Delhi is approximately 25 miles south of Tallulah. The city is located at 32.4085° North latitude and 91.1868° West longitude.
