It lies in the southern part of the Atlanta metropolitan area, about 13 miles south of downtown Atlanta and about 5 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Forest Park is roughly 5 miles northwest, while Jonesboro is about 7 miles south. Morrow is positioned near 33.583° North latitude and 84.340° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 6,080 residents. The city covers about 3.22 square miles, or 8.34 square kilometers, of land.
