Colona is a city located in Henry County, Illinois, the United States. It is about 20 miles southeast of Moline and 25 miles east of Davenport, Iowa. Colona is located at approximately 41.4839° North latitude and 90.3524° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 5,243 residents, and the city covers about 4.28 square miles (11.09 sq km). Colona was incorporated as a city in 1990 after developing from a small river community.
