Solon is a city located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, the United States. It lies in northeastern Ohio, about 20 miles southeast of downtown Cleveland and 15 miles north of Akron. Twinsburg is about 5 miles south, while Chagrin Falls is roughly 7 miles east of Solon. The city is located at 41.3898° North latitude and 81.4412° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 24,262 residents. Solon covers about 20.49 square miles (53.07 square kilometers), with most of the area consisting of land.
