Cambridge is a city located in Guernsey County, Ohio, the United States. It is about 75 miles east of Columbus and 65 miles west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Cambridge is located at approximately 40.0312° North latitude and 81.5885° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 10,036 residents, and the city covers about 6.34 square miles (16.42 sq km). The National Road, now U.S. Route 40, is a major historic feature of the city. Cambridge was founded in 1806 and incorporated as a city in 1881. Its location along Interstate 70 has long made it an important transportation point between Columbus and the Ohio-Pennsylvania border.
