Cedar Hills is a city located in Utah County, Utah, the United States. It is about 10 miles north of Provo and 35 miles south of Salt Lake City. Cedar Hills is located at approximately 40.4141° North latitude and 111.7585° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 10,019 residents, and the city covers about 6.07 square miles (15.72 sq km). American Fork Canyon and the Wasatch Mountains are major natural landmarks near the city. Cedar Hills was incorporated in 1977 and developed on the eastern side of Utah Valley. Its location along the Wasatch foothills gives residents access to mountain recreation while remaining close to Provo, Lehi, and other communities in the growing Utah Valley.
