It lies on the shores of Puget Sound in south King County, about 12 miles south of downtown Seattle and roughly 5 miles west of SeaTac. Burien is about 3 miles north, while Des Moines is around 5 miles south. Normandy Park is positioned near 47.432° North latitude and 122.345° West longitude.
