Port Clinton is a city located in Ottawa County, Ohio, the United States. It lies along the western shore of Lake Erie, about 45 miles southeast of Toledo and roughly 45 miles east of Sandusky. Marblehead is around 10 miles southeast, while Fremont is about 25 miles southwest. Port Clinton is positioned near 41.512° North latitude and 82.937° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 6,056 residents. The city covers about 2.11 square miles, or 5.46 square kilometers.
