It lies in eastern Ohio along the Stillwater Creek and within the Tuscarawas River Valley, about 25 miles south of New Philadelphia and roughly 25 miles north of Cambridge. Dennison is about 5 miles south, while Dover is approximately 20 miles north of Uhrichsville. The city is located at approximately 40.3937° North latitude and 81.3462° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 5,413 residents. Uhrichsville covers about 4.54 square miles, or approximately 11.76 square kilometers.
