Azle is a city located in Tarrant County in the U.S. state of Texas, United States. The city was established in the late nineteenth century and was named after physician J.H. Azle, an early landowner in the area. Azle developed as a small rural settlement and later grew as a residential community within the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan region.
