Fulton is a city located in Callaway County, Missouri, the United States. It lies in central Missouri, about 25 miles northeast of Jefferson City, 30 miles southeast of Columbia, and about 100 miles west of St. Louis. Fulton is positioned near 38.855° North latitude and 91.951° West longitude. The city covers about 12.46 square miles, or 32.28 square kilometers. The 2020 Census recorded 12,600 residents. Fulton is known for America’s National Churchill Museum at Westminster College, where Winston Churchill delivered his famous “Sinews of Peace” speech in 1946. The city has a unique historic landmark in the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Aldermanbury, which was moved from London and rebuilt in Fulton. The city also serves as the Callaway County seat and has a historic downtown known as the Brick District.
