Parkville is a city located in Platte County, Missouri, the United States. It sits along the Missouri River in the northwestern part of the Kansas City metropolitan area, about 10 miles northwest of downtown Kansas City. Riverside is around 5 miles northeast, while Platte City is about 10 miles northwest. Parkville is positioned near 39.196° North latitude and 94.682° West longitude.
