It lies in the inner suburbs of the St. Louis metropolitan area, about 10 miles northwest of downtown St. Louis and roughly 3 miles from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. Maryland Heights is located to the west, while Overland and Breckenridge Hills are nearby to the south. St. Ann is situated at 38.7273° North latitude and 90.3834° West longitude.
