St. Ann is a city located in St. Louis County, Missouri, the United States. It lies in the inner suburbs of the St. Louis metropolitan area, about 10 miles northwest of downtown St. Louis and roughly 3 miles from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. Maryland Heights is located to the west, while Overland and Breckenridge Hills are nearby to the south. St. Ann is situated at 38.7273° North latitude and 90.3834° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 13,963 residents. The city covers about 3.21 square miles (8.31 square kilometers), with nearly all of its area consisting of land. St. Ann developed rapidly during the 20th century as suburban neighborhoods expanded around St. Louis. The city has several parks and recreational facilities, including Tiemeyer Park and St. Ann Park. Its location near Interstate 70 and Interstate 170 provides easy access to downtown St. Louis, the airport, and other communities throughout the metropolitan area. A unique feature of St. Ann is its compact suburban setting immediately west of Lambert Airport and its long history as one of the established municipalities in St. Louis County.
