It lies in west-central St. Louis County, about 15 miles west of downtown St. Louis and roughly 20 miles east of Chesterfield. Creve Coeur is about 8 miles north, while Ballwin is approximately 8 miles southwest of Town and Country. The city is located at 38.6292° North latitude and 90.4634° West longitude.
