Rochester is a city located in Fulton County, Indiana, the United States. It lies in north-central Indiana, about 45 miles south of South Bend and roughly 50 miles north of Kokomo. Plymouth is around 20 miles north, while Logansport is about 25 miles southeast. Rochester is positioned near 41.064° North latitude and 86.216° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 5,092 residents. The city covers about 4.36 square miles, or 11.29 square kilometers. Rochester was founded in 1835 and incorporated in 1853.
