Huron is a city located in Fresno County, California, the United States. It lies in the western San Joaquin Valley, about 50 miles southwest of Fresno and roughly 15 miles east-northeast of Coalinga. Huron is part of the Fresno metropolitan region and is surrounded by extensive agricultural land. The city is located at approximately 36.203° North latitude and 120.103° West longitude. The 2020 Census recorded 6,206 residents. Huron covers about 1.60 square miles, or 4.14 square kilometers.
