Wake Village is a city located in Bowie County, Texas, the United States. It is in northeastern Texas, immediately west of Texarkana and near the Arkansas state line. Wake Village is about 4 miles west of downtown Texarkana, 70 miles northeast of Longview, and roughly 170 miles east of Dallas. The city lies at approximately 33.426° North latitude and 94.117° West longitude. Wake Village had 5,492 residents in the 2020 Census and covers about 2.2 square miles, or 5.7 square kilometers. The community developed as a residential area connected to the growth of Texarkana and the surrounding transportation network.
