Key Biscayne is a village located in Miami-Dade County in the U.S. state of Florida, United States. The community was established in the mid-twentieth century and was incorporated as a village in 1991 on the barrier island of Key Biscayne. Key Biscayne developed historically through residential and resort development supported by its scenic coastal environment. Today the village is known for its beaches, waterfront parks, and upscale residential neighborhoods.
