Lantana is a town located in Palm Beach County in the U.S. state of Florida, United States. The community was established in the late nineteenth century and was incorporated in 1921 as a small waterfront town along the Intracoastal Waterway. Lantana developed historically through fishing, boating, and tourism associated with Florida’s Atlantic coast. Today the town is known for its marinas, waterfront parks, and coastal residential neighborhoods.
