Azerbaijan is a country in the South Caucasus region, located between Eastern Europe and Western Asia along the Caspian Sea. It borders Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Iran, and Turkey through the Nakhchivan exclave. Baku is the national capital and also the largest city in Azerbaijan.
