Montenegro is divided into 23 municipalities or "opštine" in Montenegrin. The municipalities are:

Montenegro is a Balkan country in Southeastern Europe bordered by Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, and the Adriatic Sea.
